I'm Jennifer Edwards a certified holistic nutritional consultant, certified menopause coaching specialist, and Metabolic Balance coach living in Calgary, AB. I help women over 40 feel comfortable in their skin and full of energy so they can enjoy doing what they love for many years to come.

Family is a big part of my life. I am married to a very supportive husband and am a proud mom to two wonderful teenagers. Our home is filled with love and a bit of chaos, thanks to our two cats, two rabbits, and my thriving worm factory.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me indulging in my many passions. I love spending time with my family, cooking, being in nature, gardening, dancing, learning new things, and getting lost in a good romance novel.

My goal is to stay sharp, active, maintain a healthy weight, and reduce my chances of chronic disease as I age. If this aligns with your goals, you are in the right place.
