My Journey
I understand the struggles you may be facing because I’ve been there. After my daughter was born, I not only had 40lbs to shed, I experienced baby blues and anxiety that left me feeling lost. I tried counseling, exercise, and other recommendations, but nothing seemed to help.
Then, nine months later, everything changed. I started looking into nutrition and found that eating whole, nutrient-dense foods made all the difference. My anxiety disappeared, my energy came back, and I felt like myself again. That transformation inspired me to learn more about nutrition, which led me to become a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant in 2013 and then a Metabolic Balance coach in 2020.
Metabolic Balance changed my life, and I’ve seen it do the same for so many women—especially those going through menopause. You don’t have to suffer through this transition. It doesn’t have to be that way.
That’s why I decided to take my support to the next level by becoming a certified menopause coaching specialist. Now, I help you not only eat better but also improve your overall lifestyle—from sleep and fitness to managing stress and beyond.

Behind the Scenes
When I’m not helping women transform their lives, I’m spending time with my wonderful family—my supportive husband and two amazing teenagers, now 16 and 19, and our lovable pets.
I love to laugh (and I do it loudly), learn, dance around the house to my favorite music, and get my hands dirty in the garden. I’ve even had a worm farm for the past 10 years!
I’m always up for an adventure, big or small, and believe life is meant to be enjoyed.
