How is the Metabolic Balance program different from other diets? This isn’t a diet. It’s a personalized framework designed just for you, based on your blood work and health needs.
-
How long will it take to see results? Many clients notice changes within the first two weeks, and results build over time with consistency. If weight loss is your main goal, you will lose 5-8% body weight in the 1st 16 days and then 1-2% per week until your goal is reached. This can mean 8-16 lbs in the 1st 16 days and approximately 2 lbs per week after that.
-
Will I be hungry all the time on the program? No. The Metabolic Balance meals are well-balanced and the majority of my clients stay satisfied from their meals for 4 to 5 hours or more.
-
Can I claim this through my health benefits?Yes, if your policy includes 'nutritional counselling' or you have a health spending account, you may have coverage. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider.
-
Do I have to eat specific foods?Yes, but these are everyday whole foods you can find at any grocery store. The foods chosen on your plan are to replace nutrients you are lacking, to reduce inflammation, and to get your body balanced.
